Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns or refunds.
However, if something arrives damaged or not as described, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and if possible pictures of the damages and we will do our best to make it right.

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment, but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING PAID FOR DOES NOT PERTAIN TO PROCESSING TIMES. ONLY ONCE WE HAND IT OFF TO USPS. IF YOU PAY FOR PRIORITY THAT IS ONLY FOR ONCE ORDER IS HANDED TO USPS.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to 3rd Party Shipment Services
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex only to a verified home address. We do not ship to 3rd party shipment services, as we cannot gurantee packages will arrive untamperd. If you put a 3rd party shipment service as your shipping address, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Wolf Packz TCG ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Wolf Packz TCG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for Stolen, lost, held, or damaged packages.
